Heather A. F. Jolly, LCSW, MPH

Since 1996, Heather has worked exclusively with children with life-threatening illness and their families, in both hospital and home care settings. Though she spent several years as a NICU social worker, she has primarily worked as a hospital-based social worker in pediatric oncology and bone marrow transplant.

Ms. Jolly returned to pediatric hospice in 2012 as a hospice and palliative care social worker for By the Bay Kids in Northern California. She has a particular interest in providing culturally sensitive care to patients and their families and in forming collaborative relationships among different providers. She received her Master’s in Social Welfare and Master’s in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.
